YOUR ORDER & ACCOUNT DETAILS

 

TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH US, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Click on the item that you wish to purchase.
  2. Using the drop-down menu, click on the size and flavour of the product you wish to purchase.
  3. Type in the quantity of the item that you require.
  4. Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
  5. You can then continue shopping or check out with your choice of payment through Credit Card or Paypal.


HOW DO I AMEND MY ORDER?

To amend your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the ‘View Cart’ icon at the top of the page.
  2. You will see the product, price and quantity of the item(s) you are purchasing.
  3. You can increase or decrease the quantity by using the +/- button or remove the product by clicking ‘x’.


CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER TO SAVE ON DELIVERY FEE?

Of course you can, providing there is a retail store nearby. Click here to find your nearest store.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM?

You are able to cancel the order at any point up until the order has been dispatched by logging into your account and clicking the ‘Cancel’ button for your order.

If you have already received the item, please read our Returns Policy to find out how to return the item to us and obtain a refund.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS?

If you have received incorrect or faulty goods, please read our Returns Policy to find out how to return the goods to us and obtain a refund.  Please note that we can only refund postage costs if you have received the wrong item or if there is a quality issue with your goods.

Please ensure you obtain a receipt from the Post Office as proof of sending the goods as we are not responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

In order to return an item, simply email us quoting your order number and you will receive a returns authorisation number.  In order for the return to be accepted, you must use this number when arranging for the product to be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase.  All product returns are at the sender’s expense and must be unused, sealed in original packaging, in a re-saleable condition and quote the relevant return number provided.

Please ensure you obtain a receipt from the Post Office as proof of sending the goods as we are not responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’VE USED THE WRONG ADDRESS?

Orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address do not fall within our standard shipping and handling fee and a second delivery fee will be charged.  Please check that you have used the correct address before submitting your order.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We process all returns within 72 hours of the goods being received in our warehouse.  Once the goods are received, you will receive a refund email and you should expect to receive the refund within 5 working days of receiving this.
